Return Policy

You can return any unsuitable items to Green Hill within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please complete the returns form and post your item(s) to the address below. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original condition

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' in order to avoid customs charges. Please allow 5 working days for your return / exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.

Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense. If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, please contact us before making your return to arrange your return shipping.

Green Hill Sports guarantees the highest quality of training equipment and fight gear and the highest level of customer service.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item and want to return your order, so please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we sell equipment that is meant for combat training and fitness therefore we cannot accept returns on used damaged merchandise.

Returns and exchanges defective merchandise:

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the date of delivery.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Please include the original invoice/packing slip (print up the order confirmation that you received in e-mail after the order was placed).Describe the reason for returning the item.
Please provide images of the item and its defect on the product.
All returns items must be in the same condition they were sent in: unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packing.

We can not accept any return in used or damaged condition under any circumstances.

Shipping charges, duties, or VAT can not be refunded on a return.

We do not assume any obligation to pay for shipping when returning an item.

Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. While processing a return, we will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee.

If delivery is included in the price of the goods, in this case, before returning the money for the goods, we additionally deduct the cost of delivery from the cost of the goods.

After receiving merchandise, we will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card used to make for order after adjustment of the 20% re-stocking fee.

Items Not Accepted For Returns:

For your protection we cannot exchange or return the following items even if they are brand new.

Mouth guards
Protective cups
Compression shorts
Special orders
Custom orders
Heavy bags
Clearance items

Products can be exchanged for an alternate size or color of a similar item, provided that your desired size is available in stock, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Product(s) should be unopened and should be returned with all the original packaging pouches, tags and other such attachments should not be used or damaged; we reserve the right to reject the returned product if it has been returned not in accordance with the above mentioned conditions.

We refund you in the same way that you originally purchased the product.

For exchanges, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all the cost associated with delivery. Returns and exchanges will only be processed with a valid order number of Parcels received from customers without an order number for returns or exchanges will not be sent back to the customer.

Only products purchased via can be returned, if the product is purchased from any other platform or merchant, customers should contact those other sources directly.

If you have ordered a product but it is not received in the specified time period, you should submit your claim within 30 days to our customer care team. After the 30 days claims are not accepted.
