Returns
You can return any unsuitable items to Green Hill within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please complete the returns form and post your item(s) to the address below. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original condition

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' in order to avoid customs charges. Please allow 5 working days for your return / exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense. If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, please contact us before making your return to arrange your return shipping.
GENERAL DETAILS ABOUT RETURN & EXCHANGESWe refund you in the same way that you originally purchased the product. Only products purchased via www.greenhillsports.com can be returned, if the product is purchased from any other platform or merchant, customers should contact those other sources directly.
RETURN & HOLIDAY EXTENSIONSGreen Hill wants to make the holiday purchase of goods to be more efficient to its customers. Therefore, it has elongated its returning window period. The orders that are placed on www.greenhillsports.com between Nov 1 to Dec 24th, can be returned into our shops in their original packaging, unused condition with as late as Jan 31st. However, the orders that will be placed after 24th, December will have to go through the usual return timeframe of 30 days.
PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVEDIf you have ordered a product but it is not received in the specified time period, you should submit your claim within 30 days to our customer care team. After the 30 days claims are not accepted.
