You can return any unsuitable items to Green Hill within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please complete the returns form and post your item(s) to the address below. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original condition

International parcels must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' in order to avoid customs charges. Please allow 5 working days for your return / exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the date of delivery.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Please include the original invoice/packing slip (print up the order confirmation that you received in e-mail after the order was placed).Describe the reason for returning the item.
Please provide images of the item and its defect on the product.
All returns items must be in the same condition they were sent in: unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packing.
