Returns

Claims are entertained within the period of 30 Days from the date of Product Exchange, no refund claims are accepted after this period.

Return Shipping Expenses are paid by the customer.

Products Not Received

If you have ordered a product but it is not received in the specified time period, you should submit your claim within 30 days to our customer care team, after 30 Days Claims are not accepted for “Product Not Received”.

Exchange

After you order and receive your order, Products can be exchanged for an alternate size or color of a similar item, provided that your desired size is available in stock, you can request for amendment within 14 days of order receipt.

Conditions are:  Product should be unopened, should be returned with all the original packaging pouches, tags and other such attachments should not be used or damaged; we reserve the right to reject the returned product if it has been not in accordance with the above mentioned conditions.

You need to put a fresh order for your amendment.

For items with heavy weights, size or color amendments are only accepted when the customer agree to pay the shipping charges, if the fault is manufacturing or any other fault from our side, we shall be responsible for shipping.

General Details about Return and Exchange

We credit you refunds in the similar way in which you originally buy a product, Item should be returned within 30 days from receiving date.

All the returned product, should not be used, not opened and should be in original condition, if the product is used, opened or altered Green Hill has the right to reject your request for refund.

For Exchange request, it is customer’s responsibility to pay the all the cost associated with shipping.

Customers must fill Green Hill Product Return and Exchange Form and write the online PRE No. on return packaging.

Customer must inform our customer care service by sending email to returns@greenhillsports.com

Return or Exchange will only be processed with valid Order No.

Parcels received from Customer for Return or Exchange will be sent back to customers, if received without Order No.

Returns or Exchange Products must be sent with original documentation related to the parcel.

Green Hill will not be responsible for products lost in return delivery from customer side.

Customer must make sure that the parcel is returned to correct Green Hill address.

Only products purchased via www.greenhillsports.com should be returned with this process, if the product is purchased from any other platform or merchant, customer should contact those other sources directly.

New delivery of the returned products may take upto 7 to 12 days, for the date of products received at our warehouses.
