International parcels must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' in order to avoid customs charges. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the date of delivery.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Please include the original invoice/packing slip (print up the order confirmation that you received in e-mail after the order was placed).Describe the reason for returning the item.
Please provide images of the item and its defect on the product.
